Okay, so this my speculation. The first thing I noticed in the picture is Lady Gaga as Stefani and how similar the nurses head wear look to Gaga’s short teal hair. Honestly, I think this could mean that the reality of the situation is that Stefani is actually in a mental institution, and Lady Gaga is just a fantasy, a figment of her imagination, inspired by the things she experience in the institution, like the similarities with the teal head wear the nurses have and Gaga’s short teal hair. Earlier, Gaga tweeted that this video is “The beginning of the story I never told you.” I think that she is implying that Lady Gaga is indeed a lie. I’m not sure if the two nurses are Gaga’s original Fame Era dancers, but if they are, it would seem like this video would allow us to see the events in the institution that transpired into The Fame. Perhaps this is the pure reality of Stefani. She may have never achieved the fame she long desired in reality, becoming institutionalized instead of a pop star, but perhaps, she achieved it in her fantasy. It’s pretty much Gaga goes Sucker Punch slash Alice in Wonderland.
“Lady Gaga is a lie and everyday I kill to make it true.”
